Should We Send Out the Search Party?

People Do Wander Off, Never To Be Heard From Again…

Too often I see many of my past borrowers who have raved about the loan you and I put together many years down the road simply disappear or worse yet go finance with the “loudest Johnny Come Lately”.  Therefore, if I haven’t heard from you, maybe this is what has happened to you — all of your letters are in a big, dusty pile accumulating in your kitchen drawer.
